IFA Paris had the honor of welcoming Bob Sinclar, an electronic music legend and icon of the French Touch, for an exclusive masterclass alongside DJ and producer Sam Karlson. During the masterclass, he reflected on his early days, the rise of the French Touch, and how the digital era has transformed the music industry. He also emphasized the importance of personal branding in a highly competitive landscape: “Be yourself, don’t try to copy or follow others. Create your own community.”
Adapting to industry shifts is essential for longevity: “It’s not easy to keep DJing the same way. Generations, tastes, and music change—everything changes—and you have to adapt.”
