Postgraduate Program in Fashion Marketing & Management at IFA Paris Fashion School is open to both students and professionals wishing to return to their studies.
Postgraduate Programs are open to students who have completed their Bachelor's degree at IFA Paris and to students from other fashion schools or even those who have completed other equivalent master's or undergraduate studies (business schools, communication schools, etc.). For professionals and students alike, Postgraduate programs enable students to develop their managerial skills and access positions of responsibility within companies. It also enables them to develop an area of specialisation in their chosen field, thereby lending their studies a unique and competitive edge when it comes to the job market.
Postgraduate - Year 1
The aim of year 1 is to prepare students who study fashion management and marketing for the responsibilities they will have to take on in management positions within companies.
During this year, they further develop their understanding of the various codes and challenges of the fashion sector thanks to excellent teaching focused on corporate strategy and management: business models, image management, impact management, international trade, innovative marketing and digital transformation, intercultural HR management, focusing more specifically on diversity and inclusion.
Year 1 enables students to tailor the curriculum to their own objectives thanks to an innovative structure that allows them to choose several electives. This allows them to further define their career plans and work towards their specialisation in year 2.

Year 2 ofFashion and Luxury Marketing
Luxury is one of the most demanding and versatile sectors. It stands today at a crossroads, no longer dictated by its ancestral codes. Luxury companies are looking for managers capable of creating synergies and building bridges between different worlds, different disciplines and different audiences.
Year 2 MBA Fashion Image and Media Production
This program is geared towards students who want to bring fashion to life through its media, imagery and iconography. The specialisation provides training in both content creation and production. The program brings together both the Business and Creation fields of study, enabling each student to develop a set of complementary skills.
Year 2 MBA Sustainable Fashion – Business Major
Eco-responsibility and societal impact are taught across all IFA Paris courses. At this stage of the program, students know that it is crucial for a fashion brand to demonstrate eco-efficiency to certification bodies and the general public and to have their products labelled and certified with an eco-label.
Year 2 MBA Fashion Entrepreneurship – Tech Major
This part-time program is designed for students who are planning to set up their own business. Designed and developed in partnership with Beyond Form, a venture studio specialising in the fashion sector, the program is designed to help students develop their concept and value proposal, search for financing, create a business model and find their first clients.

- To create a comprehensive fashion or luxury brand or concept, including the analysis of the competition and image strategy
- To define a marketing strategy for a fashion or luxury brand or concept
- To develop communication and digital marketing strategies designed to promote a fashion or luxury brand or concept
- To devise a distribution strategy aimed at rolling out the fashion or luxury brand or concept across its territories and markets, online, off-line and phygitally
- To manage the team involved in setting up a fashion or luxury company
Prerequisites:
- Year 1: Hold a Bachelor in Fashion Design and work experience in the fashion industry
- Year 2: Hold a Bachelor in Fashion Design, 60 ECTS credits (or equivalent) in a postgraduate fashion designing program plus work experience in the fashion industry
Course duration
The Fashion Marketing and Product Development Manager course consists of a two-year cooperative education, with +/- 504 hours per year.
Classes are held in person or online and take the form of group work, face-to-face teaching, conferences, and more.
